Norwesco Liquid Storage Tanks

Applicator Tanks
All applicator tanks come with lids that thread snug into the fill-opening so that even when the tank is moved, there is no leaking or sloshing of the liquid therein.

Chemical Injection Tank Systems
These tank types are appropriate for oil and gas. The chemical injection tank system comes with a stand, leg tank, and containment basin which includes a pump mount, as well as 2” and 3” female threaded connections for additional necessary items.

Cone Bottom Tanks
There is a full range of cone bottom tanks available for a wide array of applications. The cone-shaped bottom of each tank enables quick, easy draining and is composed of high-density polyethylene. Both the tank and cone-shaped bottom are sturdy, built to be resistant to both impact and chemical contact.

Cone Bottom Tank Stands
Norwesco offers both steel and polyethylene stands to pair with the cone bottom tanks. Each stand type is lightweight, maintenance-free, and capable of preventing corrosion at the bottom of the tank.
Supports are uniform to prevent any unevenness or tipping.

Containment Tanks and Basins
Containment basins and tanks come in a variety of sizes including:
- 140 gallon basin-style
- 250 gallon basin-style
- 360 gallon basin-style

Additionally, there is a 2,800 gallon “tank in a tank” option with a removable top dome and a 7,500 gallon open-top containment tank.
All containment basins and tanks are built with impact and corrosion resistance in mind, and as such, they’re molded as one seamless unit.
Drainable Leg Tanks
Drainable leg tanks are ideal when complete drainage is necessary. These tanks are designed for fertilizer and chemical nurse trailers, and their design makes it to where they’ve each got a full-length bottom support as well as added support bands. For full drainage capabilities and tank support in mind, the drain leg tank is a great choice.

Drainable Leg Tank Bands
The drainable leg tank bands are galvanized or powder coated for protection against corrosion. Bands are available and required for each drainable leg tank size in order to ensure safety and shape integrity.
Elliptical Tanks
Elliptical tanks are designed to hold large liquid volumes while keeping a low center of gravity for increased stability during transportation. Elliptical tanks also allow complete drainage thanks to their 8” and 16” fill-openings. These tanks are built with visibility in mind, but designed to keep a low profile at the same time.

Elliptical Leg Tanks
Like the standard elliptical tank, the elliptical leg tank provides the highest capacity while keeping the lowest center of gravity. For this reason, it is the smartest design to use when transporting large liquid volumes.
Each tank features molded-in legs to reduce sloshing and improve tank stability during transportation. Tanks require full-length bottom support and all but the 1,600 gallon and 3,180 gallon options also require support bands.
Additionally, the 2,650 gallon and 3,250 gallon options include an internal baffle system for added support and stability.

Elliptical Tank Leg Bands
Elliptical tank leg bands are designed to maintain tank shape and integrity and are galvanized to protect against corrosion. They’re available and required for all tank sizes whether they’re kept in a stationary position or used for transport.
Flat Bottom Utility Tanks
Similar to the PCO tank, this flat bottom utility model can serve a variety of purposes. It’s relatively small and compact, which makes it perfect for loading into the bed of a pickup truck. Depending on the size chosen, the flat bottom utility tank can be used with or without support bands.

Freestanding Tanks
Freestanding tank designs have been built to serve residential and commercial applications. Because of their model sizes, they’re typically able to fit through conventionally-sized doorways to allow easy transportation.

Horizontal Leg Tanks
Horizontal leg tanks have the broadest style available and come in a variety of sizes suited to fit almost any need. They’re ideal for liquid transportation and nursing applications, and these leg tanks feature legs that are molded into the tank itself for added support to prevent sloshing of the liquid being transported therein.

Horizontal Leg Tank Bands
Bands are available and required for each size in order to maintain tank shape and integrity. These horizontal leg tank bands are galvanized to protect against corrosion. Additionally, some tank sizes require both bands and supports for safety purposes.
Inductor Tanks
An inductor tank is suitable as a chemical mixing unit when used in conjunction with a larger tank that’s being filled for transport. These models feature a lid that’s threaded directly into the fill-well so that sloshing and leaking are not a problem during transportation.

Loaf Tanks
Loaf tank types can suit an array of different needs being that the rectangular shape of the unit allows it to be loaded into the bed of pickup trucks, or it can be mounted onto equipment trailers to be used as a mobile supply of water (or other liquid).
In addition to great transportation capabilities, loaf tanks are also ideal when serving a variety of stationary storage needs.

PCO Liquid Storage Tanks
The PCO liquid storage tank is ideal for nursery, lawn care, and other agricultural applications. They’ve got self-supporting legs and require no steel supports or saddles to prevent sloshing or tipping. Flat areas are molded into both ends of the tank to provide easy mounting areas for agitation equipment as well.

Pickup Truck Tanks
As the name suggests, pickup truck tanks are designed to fit full-size pickup trucks, and they come in a variety of sizes to suit as many needs as possible. The 325 and 425 models are specifically designed with visibility in mind, so that drivers can still maintain safe rear visibility with the tank in place and there are fill openings on the side of the tank for safe, easy access.
The 210 gallon model can fit into a mini pickup as well as a full-size pickup and depending on the way the tank is turned, the bottom can either be 39” or 48” for added versatility.

Specialty: Hauling Tanks
The flat bottom tanks are designed specifically for transportation and as such, they’re the most durable model when it comes to hauling liquid. Because flat bottoms are designed to provide strength and stability, they do not require the use of support bands, though they should be mounted on flat surfaces that are large enough to provide full-length and width support for the best result possible.

Specialty: Spherical Tanks
Spherical tanks are specialized for trailer and nursing trailer use. By implementing a spherical tank, liquid sloshing can be reduced significantly and the tank shape itself is ideal for mixing products therein. The shorter wheel-base of this product allows prime stability and a low center of gravity during transportation.

Spot Sprayer Tanks
A sprayer unit comes with a threaded insert on the bottom of the tank which allows the tank to be mounted. Additionally, there are threaded inserts on the side of the unit for wand or gun placement and another on the top of the tank to house a 12-volt pump for maximum spraying capabilities.

Total Drain Tanks
Several tank models and sizes allow complete drainage capabilities, so that users can make the most out of the product being stored, as well as reducing the risk of the unintended mixing of two different chemical mixtures.

Vertical Storage Tanks
Most often used for bulk storage or mobile nursing capabilities, vertical storage tanks feature tie-down slots, built-in graduated gallon measurement indicators and offset fill-openings. Additionally, the vertical storage models have self-vented and slosh-proof lids. They’re ideal for the storage of liquid that requires venting by reducing or eliminating the need to do so manually.

Water: Specialty Hauling Tanks
Water-specific tanks built to haul are ideal for use on the backs of trucks and trailers due to their low-profile design which improves rear visibility for transporters. In addition, the added ribs reduce sloshing of the liquid therein as well as providing significant structural support.
Though these tank types are designed for transportation, they can also be utilized as a stationary water storage unit.

Low Profile Water Tanks
Because height limitations often play a factor in water tank transportation, these units are an excellent choice for improving rear-view visibility, and thanks to their design, they’re the right height for storage under a cottage or home.

Water: Vertical - Black/Green Tanks
Water-specific tanks are made using FDA-approved resins and meet specifications needed to ensure the safe storage of potable water. The dark green or black color prevents light penetration which can greatly inhibit or prevent the growth of water-borne organisms. In most water-specific tank models, the unit will carry the NSF approval.
Because these water-specific tanks are rated at 9.2 pounds per gallon, they are designed for water storage alone and should never be used to house chemicals, fertilizers, or any other liquid products.
